Liturgical Groups
Altar Servers
Altar Servers serve in a very special space in our Parish, right next to the Altar of the Lord. We are always looking for Altar Servers, boys and girls, young men and women, who would share their time and talent at a weekend Mass of your choice. We encourage our families to participate in all good things in life (school, sports, music and art) and good things include participation in worship. The time commitment for a Server is short. Participants would have a few practice sessions for training and answering your questions, then they serve at the weekend Mass. Our schedule is based on the Mass that you normally attend with your family.

Arts & Liturgical Environment
The Arts and Liturgical Environment organization strives to lift up our parish family through beautiful and dignified art and environment that complements the liturgical season or spiritual event being celebrated. We create a respectful, beautiful floral complement within the church which honors the appropriate liturgical season, specific holy day, Mary our patroness and sacramental liturgies. We also select and care for appropriate altar paraments symbolic of the liturgical season or specific spiritual event and create a visual experience for our center of worship through color and floral choices that reflect the desired symbolism for our clergy and parishioners. We are always seeking new members!

Extraordinary Ministry of Holy Communion
The Extraordinary Minister of the Holy Eucharist distributes Holy Communion, either within Mass or by taking it to a sick or home-bound parishioner, when an ordained minister (Bishop, Priest or Deacon) is not able to do so. Training is provided.

Hospitality Ministers: Greeters and Ushers
Greeters are the first to welcome those who enter our church to worship and make them comfortable in our community, while ushers assist with seating, take up collections at the Offertory, direct the presentation of the gifts, ensure that communion is received in an orderly fashion, hand out the weekly bulletin, and see our visitors and parishioners off. Men, women and our youth of the parish are welcome to be a part of this ministry.

Lectors
Lectors are lay men and women, practicing confirmed Catholics, who proclaim the Word of God at liturgical celebrations, including weekend and weekday Masses. The ability to project one’s voice and to convey the meaning of Scripture, and a willingness to prepare on one’s own for each proclamation is necessary for this ministry.

Music Ministry
The Music Ministry strive to instruct and inspire our congregation to active participation in the Liturgy. We are dedicated to enhancing the prayer of the community in song, and we dedicate our work to the greater glory of God. We are always looking for new Choir members, for both Adult and Children’s Choir. If you can climb our staircase, and carry a tune, we will teach you the music and take care of the details. We are also always looking for Cantors to lead the assembly in song. Come and join us!

Worship and Fellowship Committee
The Worship and Fellowship Committee seeks to lead our parishioners across all ages into a deeper, more authentic encounter with God that will inspire spiritual growth and foster a vibrant, welcoming Catholic community where hearts are transformed, and lives are empowered to serve. The Worship and Fellowship Committee is a direct result of the Synodality survey and directives set forth by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Worship focuses on expressing love and devotion to God, while fellowship centers on loving and supporting God’s people within our Catholic community. Our team strives to offer community events that bring us all closer to God.
