To provide the opportunity for young people to give praise and honor to the Lord by lifting their voices in joyful song and to enhance the Eucharistic Liturgy once a month and on special occasions.

The OLA Youth Choir is comprised of girls and boys in grades 2 to 8 who enjoy singing and desire to use their God-given voices to praise God and enhance our Parish Liturgical Celebrations. Rehearsals are on Thursday afternoons from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm in the Upper Room from September to May.

Young people are also instructed in the art of vocal music: note reading, use of dynamics, singing in harmony and proper use of their vocal chords. A wide variety of liturgical music, including Latin and Spanish selections are taught.

All young people are most welcome to join us! No audition is necessary. The only requirement is a desire to praise the Lord with the gift of your voice!
